Pinot Grigio Doc

Pinot Grigio delle Venezie is a dry wine, but not at all demanding, which encourages drinking because it is light and elegant.

Harvest: early September, from a vineyard that has reached excellent production maturity.
Alcohol content: 12.5% Vol.
Color: pale straw yellow.
Aroma: a clear and bold fragrance reminiscent of hazelnut, floral notes of chamomile and wisteria, and lightly aromatic nuances of wild herbs.
Flavor: a lively minerality combined with a full and harmonious flavor, confirming the timeless class of this wine.
Production method: it is vinified as a white wine: an initial cold maceration is followed by soft pressing and static decantation of the must. After temperature-controlled fermentation, it is kept in contact with its own yeasts with periodic batonnage until bottling.
Recommended pairings: white meats, fish soups, and grilled shellfish are an excellent pairing with Pinot Grigio, created to be a balanced, dry wine with great personality.
Serving: serve chilled at around 8°-10°C.
